Saponified Gippsland grass-fed tallow with olive, coconut, rice bran and palm oils, coloured and softened with Australian pink clay, then scented with pure lavender.

Pink clay is the mildest of the cosmetic clays — it lifts the day off your skin without pulling the moisture out with it. The prettiest bar on the table, and the one people pick up first. Cut by hand, in small batches.

What it does

Cleans lightly and leaves skin soft and settled rather than tight.

The lavender is real essential oil, so the scent is quiet and herbal rather than perfumed, and it fades as the bar dries.

How to use

Wet the bar, lather in your hands, and wash as usual. Rinse well.

Leave it somewhere it can drain — clay bars soften quickly if they sit in water.

Questions

Is it vegan?
No. The base is grass-fed beef tallow.

Is the colour added?
No. That is the Australian pink clay itself. It will fade a little as the bar ages, which is normal.
